VOLUNTEER’s Needed!

Looking to volunteer, we would LOVE to have YOU!! There are many shifts to choose from and any volunteer that completes a full shift can shop EARLY on Friday.

Shift Options (times may slightly vary on actual sign up):

Wednesday, March 13th – 6:30-9:30

Thursday, March 14th – 9:00 am-1:00 pm or 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Friday, March 15th – 9:00 am – 1:00 pm or 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Saturday, March 16th – 8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

First, we would like to say a big thank you to everyone for their patience as the committee assessed the weather and school closure situation with regard to canceling this Fall’s consignment sale. Unfortunately, due to factors outside of our control we are unable to reschedule the sale for this season. A number of factors have played into this decision most notably space and volunteer availability . We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to any of our cosigners or customers. Please know we share in everyone’s disappointment about this announcement. However, we look forward to our next sale which will take place on March 16th, 2019. This event will showcase all Spring & Summer items. We hope to see each of you there and we thank you again for your patience and participation in all past and future consignment sales.

Consignors:

*We have begun processing your $12 refund. However, PayPal says it can take up 30 days for you to see the credit so please be patient.

*If you mailed in a check it will be mailed back to you next week.

*We will send out an email with detailed instructions for how to transfer items to the next sale, prior to the next sale.

Sale Cancelled

Sale Update: Unfortunately at this time our only option is to cancel the sale for this weekend. We have run into several hurdles related to the storm and think it is the best decision. With schools being cancelled volunteers are unable to be here, organizations are being pulled away that would typically pick up donations, security is potentially being pulled away to help others in need and the list goes on. Please know that we will look into a new date but if that does not work we hope you will join us in the spring. Please know you can transfer all the items you tagged to our next fall sale, all is not lost. We will work on communicating fee refunds and other details in the next day or so.

Weather Update

Wednesday Sale Update: At this time we will continue to have the sale as planned. There is a potential to accelerate shopping times Friday evening opening it to the public after volunteers/consignors shop. As well as 1/2 price Saturday morning. Please check Facebook and our Website for the most up to date information. We will evaluate again tomorrow before any merchandise is dropped off. Volunteers no changes have been made to your shifts at this time. Please contact your shift leader with questions.
